1. Introduction

Welcome to Dubai Brokers (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital real estate brokerage platform available at [yourdomain.com] (the “Platform”). By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law.

  • Real estate agents must register using a valid Broker Registration Number (BRN), verified through Dubai Land Department (DLD) or RERA systems.

  • Brokerage companies must register using a valid Office Registration Number (ORN), subject to verification.

  • Successful verification requires authentication via UAE Pass.

3. Platform Services

Dubai Brokers provides a digital marketplace that enables verified agents and companies to list, market, buy, and sell real estate properties within the UAE. The Platform also offers professional feeds allowing users to post updates, like, comment, and share content.

Dubai Brokers does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with UAE laws and RERA regulations.

  • Do not post misleading property information, false credentials, or fraudulent content.

  • Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission.

5. Listings, Content & Feeds

  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings and posts.

  • We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing, post, or account that violates these Terms or UAE regulations.

  • Likes, comments, and shared content must remain professional and must not include defamatory, abusive, or unlawful material.

6. Fees & Commercial Terms

Any applicable subscription fees, promotional charges, or brokerage-related costs will be clearly disclosed before confirmation. Dubai Brokers does not guarantee transaction completion or financial outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including software, design, branding, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by Dubai Brokers or its licensors and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Dubai Brokers shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in listings or content;

  • Losses arising from property transactions;

  • Actions or omissions of agents, companies, or users;

  • Temporary service disruptions or technical failures.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if a user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
