This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and applicable Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identity & Verification Data: Full name, email address, phone number, nationality, Emirates ID (where required), BRN (Broker Registration Number), ORN (Office Registration Number), and related verification status obtained via Dubai Land Department systems.

  • Authentication Data: Secure authentication details provided via UAE Pass for verified agents and companies. We do not store UAE Pass credentials.

  • Account & Profile Data: Company details, agent profiles, property listings, images, descriptions, and professional credentials.

  • Content & Social Activity: Posts, comments, likes, shared content, and interactions on platform feeds.

  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device information, browser type, log data, and interaction history on the Platform.

2. Verification & Authentication

Agents are required to register using a valid BRN, and brokerage companies must register using a valid ORN. These credentials are verified through Dubai Land Department (DLD) or RERA-authorized systems. Upon successful verification, users authenticate using UAE Pass to complete registration and access platform features.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Verify agent and company eligibility and compliance;

  • Enable secure login and account management;

  • Publish and manage property listings;

  • Enable feeds, interactions, and content sharing;

  • Improve platform performance and user experience;

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations.

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Data

We may share personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis with:

  • Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA where required;

  • UAE Pass for authentication purposes;

  • Registered agents or companies involved in transactions;

  • Trusted service providers under data-processing agreements;

  • Law enforcement or regulators as required by UAE law.
